Esir Recruit is an AI-powered recruitment platform that helps organizations manage job postings, screen candidates, and streamline the hiring process. The Service includes web applications, APIs, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Scrape or harvest data without authorization
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant us a license to process it as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any data, including candidate information.

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in these terms. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Level Agreement

For paid plans, we commit to 99.9% uptime for the core Service. Service credits may be available for extended outages as described in our SLA documentation.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Esir Ventures and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esir Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
